Basic Terms and Conditions:

• Your card is personal and cannot be transferred.
• Only one card may be used per table. Separate checks on the same table or during the same visit is not allowed.
• Privilege Club discount is not valid for shisha, room service, banqueting and special promotions or discounts by the hotel and participating outlets.
• Home Delivery & take away discount not valid on Buffet restaurants, Pool Deck, Pool Bar, Espresso Café, library café and available for particular areas only.
• Home delivery discount is applicable only when ordering directly from the restaurant designated for delivery service and is not valid with any other application, website or in conjunction with any other discount.
• Discount (outside Kuwait) does not include alcoholic drinks, service charge and taxes.
• For damage/lost card, a fee of 10 KWD will be charged and only for one time.
• Privilege Club reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, services, partners and activities listed at any time.

• In case of promotional vouchers;

– Only one voucher per visit and valid for one use only.
– Prior reservation is a must.
– Privilege Club card should be presented along with the voucher.
– Not valid without the membership number and expiry date.
– Voucher cannot be used along with the Privilege Club card discount.
– Not valid on public holidays, with any other voucher, special promotions and packages.
– Not valid for take away and home delivery.
– Voucher is not redeemable in cash, non-transferrable and non-refundable, cannot be extended or exchanged with any other voucher.
– Kindly note that it’s not allowed accompanying children during the stay in the Health Club.

– For Room Booking;

– Subject to 1 week prior reservation and as per availability thru Privilege Club only.
– Valid for married couples only (husband and wife) + 2 kids below 12 years.
– Must abide Kuwait Law.
